        1. #Calendar org. I do a few things to organize my calendar and its reminders. A brief thread. First, I prepend every *recurring* event’s title with its frequency: [daily] [weekly] [monthly] [quarterly] [yearly]

Then I work with indicators for other schedules, like [3daily]—for events taking place every three days, or [daily2]—for events taking place twice a day

If something relates only to work days, I work with [wdaily] Also, for reminders, I found it beneficial to work with “moving” reminders which I prefix with [moving]

Then, while I try to limit my use of holds (I know how important it is to be available to others, especially my team), if I use one I found a “traffic light” system to be pretty clear for both myself and colleagues: [🟢 (Name of hold)] [🟡 (Name of hold)] [🔴 (Name of hold)]

One can argue that this is all addressing #UX problems that should really be solved by calendars—yet they may not be easy problems to solve (do users care about frequency? do they all want dots for status indication?). These, simply put, work for me. What works well for you?
