#CSS. 🤔 Is CSS a programming language? 😄 No: neither by history nor purpose nor dev. But those who make this odd claim have a point: since @googlechrome led @Google to invest vastly more in standards dev CSS has threatened to become such a lang. It’s confusing, and it’s not.
