  8. AFAIK Google hasn’t had a standards-conformant homepage (using valid HTML and CSS), except for one That homepage is google.cn, and to my surprise, it’s still up I set it up in 2010, when Google pulled out of China. I thought Google had long, well, spiced it up ;)

  4. #CSS #layout. What should you use: Grid, Flexbox, positioning, floats, the table model, x? My view: If it works (← this is the interesting piece!), it doesn’t matter. The beauty of valid CSS is that there’s really only a “wrong” when it makes content harder to access.
