  1. #Automation. We know it’s critical to automate. But there’s a correlation between manual mastery and quality of tooling. Example: optimized #HTML. It almost seems beneath some to master it, so our tooling is lacking—as w/ optional HTML (meiert.com/en/blog/html-performance/). We lack #craft?
