  1. #Leadership #mistakes. In the past (work, also w/ my @RoundTableInt table), I’ve often used a pacesetting leadership style. The problem? Together w/ the coercive style it’s least effective. Glad I happened to use other styles, too, as this was an eye-opener. What’s your style?

      @RoundTableInt If you’re interested, @HarvardBiz’s “10 Must Reads on Leadership,” amazon.com/dp/1422157970/?tag=j9t-21-20, has been a great book to study here. @DanielGolemanEI’s contribution to it has been particularly useful for me as it goes into more detail around the different leadership styles.
