  1. It’s mentioned but I’d count the Link header as a 4th option. Example (use Firefox): hell.meiert.org/temp/link/. It’s old, alas so poorly supported that it’s in risk of being dropped. (As per “Upgrade Your HTML” – meiert.com/en/blog/prefer-http-headers/ – this looks like a missed opportunity.) @adactio/1338881262283608064
