40.7% nailed it: <h> and <l> had both been proposed with XHTML 2.0: see w3.org/TR/xhtml2/mod-structural.html#edef_structural_h and w3.org/TR/xhtml2/mod-text.html#edef_text_l. (I kind of like these.) <s> has been around since HTML 4: w3.org/TR/html401/present/graphics.html#h-15.2.1. The element we have not seen so far is, indeed, <m> ℹ️On twitter.com
