      The majority is correct ✌️ The quote comes from the #HTML specification’s chapter on images. That images chapter is generally very good. Highly recommended, also for (much!) nuance when it comes to handling alt attributes. Really, really good. html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/images.html#images
