Beatriz and I got our vaccination appointments 🙏 We’ve been patient; now we’re glad. Yet there has been a pattern: From @coronawarnapp to @teamsamedi vax search to @kbv4u vax sign-up, each service had or has massive #usability issues. I don’t want to know all the consequences.
