@AquafabaMcGee Wonder about reasons for this belief. One guess: prices of substitutes like tofu sausages or soy meat. In U.S. and Germany I’d say they’re right (prices seem too high). But: Def more to consider, including that demand will beget supply will push down prices. It already happens.
