      It’s the “extension scheme” that’s not mentioned (like this) in the HTML spec. You can find all other terms in section 7, “Loading web pages.” That is a heavier chapter to read, but it also asks for appreciation for how… not-so-simple HTML really is 😉 html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsers.html
