  1. Do you work with OKR? To organize and prioritize work in a meaningful and accountable way, I believe there’s little better. (I’ve been a huge fan since Google times.) Two quick shares as I really like @cwodtke’s work in this area:

      If you’re new to OKR, “Introduction to OKRs” is probably the best book to start. It’s good, short, and even free. @OReillyMedia has it on their site, and if you look for them perhaps you find the EPUB, MOBI, and PDF versions O’Reilly once offered, too: oreilly.com/content/introduction-to-okrs/

        If you know OKR, then you may already be familiar with eleganthack.com.
