Do you work with OKR? To organize and prioritize work in a meaningful and accountable way, I believe there’s little better. (I’ve been a huge fan since Google times.) Two quick shares as I really like @cwodtke’s work in this area:

If you’re new to OKR, “Introduction to OKRs” is probably the best book to start. It’s good, short, and even free. @OReillyMedia has it on their site, and if you look for them perhaps you find the EPUB, MOBI, and PDF versions O’Reilly once offered, too: oreilly.com/content/introduction-to-okrs/

If you know OKR, then you may already be familiar with eleganthack.com. Here’s one article I recommend if only for a little “refresher.” I love reads like this: Even though OKR are easy to learn, they require practice and attention to master. cwodtke.medium.com/cascading-okrs-at-scale-5b1335812a32
